Necesito instalar el software Recovery Manager para un notebook HP con Windows 7 Home 64bits, pero no encuentro el instalador para descargarlo desde HP. Creo que el portatil lo traia instalado, pero lo debieron eliminar sin querer o al no saber exactamente que hacia este software.
No se puede descargar y volver a instalar, la unica forma seria restaurar el equipo al estado de fabrica mediante la opcion F Si es lo primero, accede a las opciones de Recovery Manager o con F11 durante el reincio, si es lo segundo, solo puedes reponerlo con los discos de recuperacion, los creastes? Si no fue asi, tendrias que ponerte en contacto con HP de tu zona geografica para saber si aun tienes la posibilidad de que te los puedan proporcionar.
